01Is this an online service?+
Yes. Every plan is delivered online, so we can design your space anywhere in India. You share measurements, photos and videos; we bring the room together remotely.
02Do you execute the interior work?+
Our plans are consultation and design focused. You receive clear layouts, visuals and sourcing guidance that your local vendors or contractors can follow. The Home Story includes extended handholding during implementation.
03Can I upgrade after starting?+
Absolutely. If your room needs more detail than expected, you can move to a higher tier by paying only the difference before concept development begins.
04How long does a design take?+
The Refresh typically takes 5–7 working days, Signature Room 7–10, Complete Room 10–14, and The Home Story 3–5 weeks after we receive your room information.
05Are furniture purchases included?+
The plan fee covers our design work and recommendations. Furniture, decor, materials, labour and delivery are purchased separately, so you stay in control of the final spend.
06What if I rent my home?+
Perfect. Tell us you are renting and we will prioritise reversible, move-friendly ideas with minimal civil work and smarter use of freestanding pieces.
